Email & Anti-Spam Policy

Sales Intelligence LLC (“Sales Intelligence”, “we”, “us”) is committed to responsible, compliant, and secure email sending practices.

Our platform helps businesses send marketing and transactional emails to their own customers, but we strictly prohibit spam or misuse.


1. Consent Requirements

Emails sent through our system must be:

  • Opt-in

  • Based on existing customer relationships

  • Collected legally by the client

We do not allow:

  • Purchased lists

  • Scraped lists

  • Random or generated email lists


2. Unsubscribe Requirements

All marketing emails must:

  • Contain a clear unsubscribe link

  • Immediately honor opt-outs

Transactional emails may still be sent when legally permitted.


3. Bounce and Complaint Management

We automatically handle:

  • Hard bounces → permanently suppressed

  • Complaints → immediately suppressed

  • Soft bounces → monitored and rate-limited

We track metrics to maintain deliverability.


4. Prohibited Content

Our system must not be used for:

  • Fraud, phishing, or impersonation

  • Malware or malicious links

  • Harassment

  • Illegal or harmful content

  • Messages that violate AWS SES policies or telecom rules

Violations may result in suspension.


5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Maintain consent for all recipients

  • Use accurate sender information

  • Respect all opt-outs

  • Upload only legally obtained data


6. Reporting Abuse

If you receive an unwanted or suspicious email sent through our platform:
