Our platform helps businesses send marketing and transactional emails to their own customers, but we strictly prohibit spam or misuse.
Emails sent through our system must be:
Opt-in
Based on existing customer relationships
Collected legally by the client
We do not allow:
Purchased lists
Scraped lists
Random or generated email lists
All marketing emails must:
Contain a clear unsubscribe link
Immediately honor opt-outs
Transactional emails may still be sent when legally permitted.
We automatically handle:
Hard bounces → permanently suppressed
Complaints → immediately suppressed
Soft bounces → monitored and rate-limited
We track metrics to maintain deliverability.
Our system must not be used for:
Fraud, phishing, or impersonation
Malware or malicious links
Harassment
Illegal or harmful content
Messages that violate AWS SES policies or telecom rules
Violations may result in suspension.
Clients agree to:
Maintain consent for all recipients
Use accurate sender information
Respect all opt-outs
Upload only legally obtained data
